Big Red’s Pig Party – Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

   • For parties under 100 people, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. For parties over 100 people, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. We do not hold dates without a deposit.

   • Final headcount and menu selections are due no later than 7 days before your event.

   • The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, payable by cash, check, Zelle, or card (we bring a mobile reader).

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may transfer the deposit to a future date (subject to availability).

   • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit in full.

3. Guest Count & Food Quantities

   • Pricing is based on your selected headcount. We prepare generous portions, but we are not responsible for shortages due to unexpected additional guests.

   • Kids under 10 may be counted at the client’s discretion, but total food prep is based on the full reported guest count.

4. Weather & Setup

   • For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a covered space in case of inclement weather. Big Red’s is not responsible for weather-related cancellations.

   • We require drive-up access or clear hauling path to the event site. Additional charges may apply for difficult access.

5. Trash & Cleanup

   • Our team will clean up the serving area and dispose of pig remains, food waste, and trash are to be handled at the customers discretion.

   • We do not haul away full party garbage or provide trash bins unless previously arranged.

6. Liability

   • Big Red’s Pig Party is fully insured. However, we are not liable for injuries, damage, or losses that occur on-site due to unsafe conditions outside of our control. We ensure food quality up until agreed upon departure.

7. Photos & Marketing

   • We may take photos of our setup and food for promotional use. Let us know if you'd prefer we don’t photograph your event.
