MEET THE TEAM

Meet Carl Peiffer, your chef, and the creator of our original one of a kind pig cooker box. After building a unique pig cooker box that went viral on Youtube, Carl began his passion for cooking full pigs, and has been doing so for parties since 2015. Carl has residing in Downers Grove, IL gentle giant, with a passion for cooking pig. Carl is a University of Iowa alumni and played for their football team from 1980-1984.

Meet Charlie Peiffer, Carl's son, and Catering Assistant Manager for our off-site pig roasts. A Downers Grove, IL native who loves to serve fresh meat with a smile! Charlie is a University of Iowa grad, and when he isn't serving delicious fresh pork to our customers, he is placing candidates into new careers. If you need a new job, talk to Charlie!

Meet Tim Peiffer, Carl's son, assistant chef, and Catering Manager. Tim oversees the entire catering operation ensuring exceptional service across the board. Raised in Downers Grove, currently residing downtown Chicago, Tim is here to ensure that your party is everything you could have imagined! A logistics professional by day, and pork connoisseur by night. Tim is a University of Iowa alumni as well.

Meet Ben Lynch, our Catering Associate for our off-site pig roasts. Ben grew up in Downers Grove, IL and now resides Downtown Chicago. Ben graduated from Depaul and when he is not serving up mouth watering pulled pork, he is crunching numbers working for McDonalds as an Accounting Analyst. A long lasting friend of the family and a great employee to Big Reds.
